Salsa Tips and Suggestions

Creamy Salsa Dips
Dip #1 (So simple, so tasty!)
8 oz cream cheese, softened (or reduced fat (Neufchatel)
cream cheese)
1/2 cup ASC Salsa (your choice!)
Blend. Refrigerate.
Dip #2
8 oz cream cheese, softened (or reduced fat (Neufchatel)
cream cheese)
1/2 cup ASC Salsa (your choice!)
1 cup finely chopped chicken (we like to use leftover
roasted chicken)
1 cup finely shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Blend. Refrigerate.
Serving suggestions for both dips:
-Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, veggie sticks
-Spread on flour tortillas and roll the tortillas up.
Refrigerate. Slice into 1/2 inch "pinwheels" to serve.
-Use as a filling for tartlets, wontons, mini-muffins,
even sandwiches!

-Add one of our red salsas to your meatloaf recipe (we suggest
1/2 cup per pound of meat).
-Mix with cream cheese or sour cream for a creamy/spicy dip or
spread.
-Heat and serve as a garnish - red salsa for beef and green salsa
for pork. (either one for chicken).
-Add to your scrambled eggs.
-Add red salsa to your favorite chili recipe (we use 1/4 cup per
pound of meat or beans).
-A spoonful of salsa perks up vegetable soups.
